All students who have applied to join Marling Sixth Form in September 2019, including students currently in Marling School, have been invited to attend an Induction Programme on 11th and 12th of July.
During the Induction Programme students will have a chance to experience some A Level lessons in their chosen subjects, meet fellow students, teachers, tutors and Sixth Form staff, learn about life in the Sixth Form and get a feel for the Marling School campus.
Please note that only those students who have received a conditional offer for Marling School Sixth Form are able to attend the Induction days.
There is no entrance test or interview for admission to Marling Sixth Form: the only academic requirement is that you obtain the grades specified in the admissions criteria. The entry criteria for Marling Sixth Form are Grade 6 or above in five separate, full course GCSE subjects. Students should have a minimum Grade 5 in English Language and Mathematics. Students should also meet individual subject requirements, usually a Grade 6 in their chosen subject if taken at GCSE level.

Please see the Curriculum Guide below for more information about subjects.
